Valérie : Hello ! My name is Valérie. Can you please in few words introduce us this project with all this excellent singers and musicians?

Michael : Hi val.i´m michael and here you find the creme de la creme of hardrocks finest that can be found in the eighties.

Valérie : How the idea is come to you to do a project as this?

Michael : It was late one nite on a tourbus.chris and me been chatting for hours and he played me some demos,I loved them and we suddenly kicked off.put some words and melodies to the tunes…and here we are.we always been thinking about to let differnt singers perform on the album.

Valérie : I have the first album of Voices Of Rock and now i've the 2^nd, it's excellent! How do you choose the singers who participate to the album?

Michael : Some of them i already know and just checking theit availibilty and timing.others had to be convinced by the music itself.so i twas a real struggle and a amount of time that took nearly one year.

Valérie : Do you think your experience in many other bands is one more for Voices Of Rock?

Michael : I don´t know.i just try to bring the best in with my pratner chris.but i guess it helps a bit, yes.

Valérie : Can you speak to us about the working atmosphere for this album?

Michael : Very easy.chris comes along with some playbax and the i sit down and write some melodies and words.lay down the demovocals and the we continue in sending away the files to the artists.

Valérie : If you had to choose just one song from your new album to talk about your album, which would be and why?

Michael : I love them all.there is noone that would not ne worth mentioned..all superb stuff.i m sorry..

Valérie : Is it difficult to manage all these artists must have desires different from each other?

Michael : Yes..some will lose,others win..you never know by the start.so it happened we had to send one singer three different trax he was picking on e out of..)))

Valérie : Do you prefer to be producer or singer?

Michael : I do really like both.it depends which side you are on.it is a different role play.on some days so..others so…

Valérie : What bands gave you the desire to be a musician?

Michael : I kikked off whne i was 12.always loved the weekly top chart shows and thought it mite be a good idea playing guitar and sing instead of playing soccer in the rain..haha…

Valérie : What are your favourite bands?

Michael : Too many to mention..all good songs..i love em..

Valérie : In both Voices Of Rock albums, the women are not much represented, only Robin Beck in the first why?

Michael : For god sake we have her..on number two we have lee aaron as bonus..woaw..what a killer.wish there were more

Valérie : What is your best memory when recording this album?

Michael : All the lil bits are important for me.like a family album with its entire single shots.so precious !!

Valérie : Last question for fun... Let us imagine, Tarja Turunen (ex NIGHTWISH singer) has just called me, she wants to participate on a future Voices Of Rock III, which would you answer her? :-)

Michael : yeahhh.great why not…do you have her contact ????
